Looking for somewhere to go for relaxed, but tasty, dining options?  Try the varied food and drink establishments at the brand new College Town, which is only a five minute drive from Elmwood Manor Apartments!  College Town is the new retail and dining district that is right at the “front door to the University of Rochester.”  It aims to be a hub for not just the college crowd, but the Rochester community on the whole.

College Town is fairly teeming with exciting eateries and fantastic, interesting places to wet your whistle.  First of all, stop into the Corner Bakery Cafe to enjoy homemade soups and salads, pastries, breads, and gourmet sandwiches.  Or, you could swing into Moe’s Southwest Grill for some fresh Tex-Mex.  Don’t forget about Saha Grill, which serves healthy Mediterranean fare.  Jimmy John’s also calls College Town home, and will be happy to deliver you a sandwich.  And we couldn’t be more excited about this next place – Insomnia Cookies.  All you need to know is this:  they will deliver freshly baked cookies and milk until 3 AM.  We’re considering making a standing order.

And of course, there are plenty of places to enjoy a beverage or two, of any variety.  Saxbys Coffee will feed that caffeine need, and Bourbon provides Upstate New York’s largest selection of bourbon, whiskey, and scotch!  If beer is more your taste, College Town has you covered there, too.  The Beer Market is aptly named – it boasts a list of over 500 craft brews!

So make the short trip over to College Town the next time you’ve got a hankering for some good food and drink – we think you’ll be glad you did.
