Area Activity Guide: Food Truck Rodeo

What is it about food served out of a truck that makes it SO good? We’re not sure, but if you’re interested in exploring this phenomenon, head to the Public Market on Wednesday, April 29th, for the first Food Truck Rodeo of the season. This wonderful event is held on the last Wednesday of every month between April and October, and is free to attend (simply purchase what you’d like from the trucks). Over 30 food trucks are usually in attendance, and live music is featured at every event. The Food Truck Rodeo is a fantastic family event, especially if you have little ones who like to run around and dance!

Bring lawn chairs or even a folding table, as the picnic tables at the Public Market fill up quickly. And, take it from us – when you arrive, immediately get in line for La Petite Poutine. You won’t be sorry.
