Summer is here! Finally! Of course, it’s only a matter of time until it gets swelteringly hot outside. But what are you to do on those kinds of days? Well, we’re very happy to announce that Genesee Valley Park’s pool is now officially open for the summer! Oh, and it’s not even 10 minutes from Elmwood Manor, thank goodness!

The pool opened yesterday, June 14th, for the season (through September), and is open to the public from 10AM until 8PM every night. That means for almost 12 hours a day, you’ve got access to an Olympic-sized pool! Oh, and it has a water slide. Admission is only $3 for adults and $1 for children 17 and younger. Or, you could buy a season pass for just $40. However you look at it, Genesee Valley Park has got your answer to those hot summer days! Get in the pool!
