“Choose Your Neighbor” Referral Program

2016 is winding to an end, and that means our “Choose Your Neighbor” referral calendar is about to reset. The start of the new year is the best time to brainstorm who might make a great addition to the Elmwood Manor community. If you have friends, family members, or colleagues who are in need of an apartment or townhome, you can help them out and earn some extra money in the process.

Earn up to $1400 in rent credits!

As a resident of Elmwood Manor, you’re eligible for up to $1400 in referral-related rent credits each year (per unit), which can be cashed in toward your own rent payments. In order for you to earn a referral, the person you refer must be qualified, they must write your name as referrer on their application, and they must move in and pay their first month’s rent in full. When they do, your credit will be issued! If your name isn’t on the application when it’s submitted, it doesn’t count. The fee schedule resets every year when the ball drops, so now is the perfect time to start building up to that fourth referral.

The fee schedule looks like this:

• 1st Referral in Calendar Year: $200 Rent Credit
• 2nd Referral in Calendar Year: $300 Rent Credit
• 3rd Referral in Calendar Year: $400 Rent Credit
• 4th Referral in Calendar Year: $500 Rent Credit
