Emergency or Maintenance?

It’s that time of year when novice chefs start burning pies and proteins. That makes it a perfect time to remind residents how to get help with household problems. It’s very important to call the most appropriate service for any situation. Use the word “emergency” when it applies, but make sure not to say something is serious just to get rush service. Here are some examples to help illustrate what our emergency maintenance is meant for.

When to call 911

  • Fire
  • Natural Disaster
  • Any Life-Threatening Situation

  • Broken or Frozen Pipes
  • Non-Working Stove (all burners out)
  • Non-Working Refrigerator
  • No Heat
  • No Electricity
  • Backed-Up Sink or Tub
  • No Water
  • After-Hours Lockouts
  • Persistent Water Leaks
