We apologize in advance for publishing this recipe… but sometimes you just gotta indulge, right? And what better time than Valentine’s Day? This out-of-this-world recipe combines chocolate chip cookies, Oreos and brownies into one crazy delicious dessert that your family will go absolutely nuts for!

Cookie Cookie Brownie

Adapted from Kevin & Amanda

2 sticks butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

¾ cup light brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 Tablespoon pure vanilla extract

2½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups chocolate chips

1 package of Double Stuffed Oreos

1 package of Brownie mix plus eggs and oil as called for on box

¼ cup hot fudge topping

Preheat oven to 350℉. Coat 9×13” pan with foil and then spray foil with cooking spray. Cream butter and sugars in a large bowl, and then add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking soda and salt together. Add the dry mix into the butter mixture, stir to combine, and then add chocolate chips.

Spread the cookie dough into the pan. Top with a layer of Oreo cookies. Mix together the brownie mix, and then pour over the cookies in pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting – drizzle hot fudge over the Cookie Cookie Brownie right before serving.
