Air Conditioner Removal

If you have air conditioners in your windows, it’s likely that you’ve already gotten wind (quite literally) of falling temperatures. The brisk autumn air is delightful for a walk outside, but not so great while you’re eating breakfast at your kitchen table.

Air conditioners are heavy! Please let us know when you want your air conditioners to be removed. We’ll be happy to do the heavy lifting for you.

Submitting Maintenance Requests

Air-conditioner removal is the perfect opportunity for you to try out our new online maintenance-request form! This is a convenient way to contact us when something goes wrong after hours, or if you can’t call us while you’re at work. We can get all the information we need right from your form submission. Whenever a non-urgent issue in your apartment needs to be addressed, just submit it here. We’ll take care of the rest!

In the case of an emergency, please call us right away at 585-271-8740. Please don’t inform us of time-sensitive issues via the online form; it can take a while for the messages to reach us.

Reminders

Starting October 1st, our office will closed on Sundays. We’ll still be open 9am to 5 pm on Saturdays. You can still submit an online request 24/7/365.
