Are you so excited to live at Elmwood Manor that you can’t help mentioning it to your friends? Do your visitors just naturally end up becoming neighbors? Now you can get credit (literally) for those referrals. If you know someone who would love Elmwood Manor and make a great neighbor, we want you to tell them all about your community. We LOVE it when our residents bring friends and family members to Elmwood Manor! That’s why we created our Referral program.

You can earn up to $1400 in rent credits!

As a resident of Elmwood Manor, you’re eligible for up to $1400 in referral-related rent credits each year (per unit). The more friends that turn into neighbors, the higher your referral credit. The fee schedule resets each calendar year, so now is the perfect time to start building up to that fourth referral.

The fee schedule looks like this:

• First: $200
• Second: $300
• Third: $400
• Fourth: $500

Make It Official

For a referral to count, your name must be on the new renter’s application when they turn it in to the leasing office. Referrals are considered officially earned once the person you’ve referred signs a lease and pays their first month’s rent. If your name isn’t on the application when it’s submitted, it doesn’t count. Friendly reminders are fair game.
