One of the things that makes Elmwood Manor Apartments so wonderful (besides all of our terrific residents, of course!) is our hard-working maintenance team, and we thought it would be prudent to offer up a reminder about how to contact that great staff.  If you have a need for some kind of maintenance to be done on your luxury townhouse or luxury apartment, you can always fill out this form, found on our Elmwood Manor website.  You’ll need to provide your name, address and unit number, a way we can contact you, and a description of your needs.  Typically, we’ll get a response out to you within 24-48 hours.

However, if your needs are more pressing, there are other ways to deal with it.  If it’s an urgent problem (for example, if your home is flooding, you have frozen pipes, or anything like that), please just give us a call at 585-271-8740.  At the same time, if you are in need of emergency assistance, such as a fire, please call 911 first, and then place a call to our maintenance department after the immediate threat has been dealt with.
