April 2015
This recipe is so simple that it hardly even qualifies as a recipe… but it’s so delicious that we couldn’t help be share it! These Buffalo Chicken sandwiches taste just like eating chicken wings, but are much healthier. So simple that anyone can make it, and great for a crowd- we promise you’ll be wanting to add this meal into your regular dinner rotation!
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
1 (17.5 fl oz) bottle of Buffalo Wing Sauce (make sure it’s WING sauce – not just hot sauce)
3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and cover with ¾ the bottle of wing sauce. Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 7 hours. When finished cooking, shred the chicken (two forks work well for this). Add additional wing sauce to your liking; serve on rolls with blue cheese dressing.
