Utilities are among the less in-our-control aspects of the Elmwood Manor community. We understand that you need your pipes to flow, your fridge to chill, and your lights to turn on. But you might be surprised to find that we also appreciate the importance of a strong, reliable wi-fi connection. Even though we’d love to be able to fix connection issues ourselves, it’s really not our forte. What we can do is tell you the easiest way to get help when you have a problem with your wi-fi connection.

• Call Frontier directly at 800-469-6519. Don’t select any options or press any buttons. Just hold the line until a technician answers.
• While you’re waiting, you can try to find a resolution using the self-help option.
• If you don’t have any luck with the primary phone number, try 877-462-8188.
